Work with me — robotics simulation engineering services
Freelance CAD-to-simulation conversion, robotics and UAV simulation consulting, and EU CRA readiness help — from the engineer who builds and verifies the free tools on this site. Also open to full-time robotics R&D roles.
The free tools on this site are the self-serve version of work I do professionally. Every one of them is verified against ground truth before it ships — and where a tool's honest scope statement says "this needs engineering input", that engineering input is me. I'm available for freelance projects and open to full-time robotics R&D roles.
CAD → simulation conversion
Send a STEP/CAD assembly, receive a validated robot model that actually works in your simulator: articulated joints with correct axes and limits, mass/COM/inertia integrated from the real geometry (not guessed), clean meshes, and a running Gazebo, MuJoCo, or Isaac Sim environment. The free STEP → URDF tool handles the rigid single-body case; the full articulated conversion is per-project engineering work — tell me about your assembly.
Robotics & UAV simulation consulting
Debugging simulations that explode or drift, migrating between description formats (URDF/SDF/MJCF/USD), full SDF frame-graph (relative_to) resolution, and building batch/CI conversion pipelines around the kind of tooling you see on this site. This includes UAV and drone systems — I work hands-on with ArduPilot-based platforms, from configuration and simulation to flight-stack integration. The free ArduPilot parameter diff tool is the first of these built and published; more are coming.
EU Cyber Resilience Act readiness
For small hardware teams facing the CRA (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, reporting obligations from 11 September 2026): SBOM pipeline setup, a vulnerability-handling process, the reporting runbook, and the technical-documentation skeleton — as a consulting engagement scoped to your product. Start with the free CRA readiness checker to see where you stand. As with the checker: this is engineering support for compliance work, not legal advice — boundary cases need a qualified compliance professional.
Why trust this
This site is the portfolio. Eleven free tools, each verified against ground truth before shipping, with the verification method published: the URDF→MJCF converter's output is compile-checked in real MuJoCo 3.10; the SDF pose-transform math matched an independent NumPy implementation to 10 decimal places; the mesh inertia integration matches the analytic solution for a solid cube to floating-point precision. Every tool that couldn't verify a claim says so in a visible warning instead of pretending. More about the site and the rule it's built on →

No published price list — every project above is scoped individually, and inventing numbers before understanding the work would violate the one rule this site runs on.
